I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while including elements of Logo Therapy. I teach my clients “coping skills tool kits” to use for the rest of their lives. It has been my experience that when people can find understanding and meaning in their suffering it becomes easier to work through their challenges. Reaching out for help is the hardest and most influential step to change. Take a second to thank yourself for your effort. With effort, things can and will get better.
